Pengaruh Pelatihan Kewirausahaan dan Teknologi terhadap Kinerja Melalui Entrepreneurial Competency sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada UMKM Kuliner di Kota Jambi

Abstract


This study aims to examine the partial effect of entrepreneurial competency on the performance of culinary MSMEs in Jambi City. This study aims to determine the partial effect of training and technology on entrepreneurial competency, and to determine the simultaneous effect of entrepreneurship training and technology on performance through entrepreneurial competency as a mediating variable in culinary MSMEs in Jambi City. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The hypothesis-based technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) as a tool using the Smart PLS program. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship training has no partial significant effect on MSME performance, technology has no partial significant effect on MSME performance, entrepreneurial competency has a partial significant effect on MSME performance, entrepreneurship training has a partial significant effect on entrepreneurial competency, and technology has no partial significant effect on entrepreneurial competency. Furthermore, entrepreneurship training has a significant effect on performance through entrepreneurial competency as a mediating variable in culinary MSMEs in Jambi City, but technology has no effect on performance through entrepreneurial competency as a mediating variable. This means that entrepreneurial competency can only mediate training on performance
