Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic financial literacy, Islamic financial technology, and religiosity on the intention to use Islamic financial services among Generation Z in Jambi City. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The sample consists of 100 Generation Z respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that Islamic financial literacy, Islamic financial technology, and religiosity simultaneously have a significant effect on the intention to use Islamic financial services, with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.719. Partially, Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial technology have a positive and significant effect, while religiosity does not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that literacy and digital technology factors are more dominant than religiosity in shaping Generation Z’s intention. The practical implication is that Islamic financial institutions need to strengthen Islamic financial literacy education and develop innovative, user-friendly, and secure Islamic financial technology services to increase Generation Z’s interest in Islamic financial services.
