Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, resilience, and workload on employee performance in the digital era. The research method uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques through SmartPLS software. The research sample was 300 employees in Medan City who work in organizations that have implemented digital transformation. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (ÿ = 0.285, t = 4.167, p < 0.01), resilience had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (ÿ = 0.321, t = 5.234, p < 0.01), while workload had a negative and significant effect on employee performance (ÿ = -0.198, t = 3.042, p < 0.01). Simultaneously, the three variables were able to explain 47.6% of the variance in employee performance in the digital era (R² = 0.476). This research provides a theoretical contribution in developing an integrative model of psychological factors that influence performance in the digital era.
