Abstract


Tujuan Penelitan ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan, pengalaman pelanggan, kualitas pelayaan perusahaan dan keputusan nasabah untuk menabung pada PT. Bank Jambi Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Angso Duo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan responden sebanyak 99 orang pelanggan PT Bank Jambi KCP Angso Duo. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana, uji hipotesis, korelasi, koefisien determinan dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kepercayaan, pengalaman pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan Bank terhadap nasabah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menabung di PT Bank Jambi KCP Angso Duo.
